Customer service is Meh, just ordered two drink and specified no ice but got both with ice. Argued over it but not resolved. However, the purple yam is the best and I do recommand. It's only reason that I'm giving 3 stars.
I love the golden tapioca! Their bubble tea tastes real without that weird artificial aftertaste that most places have. Great selection of hot and cold options. My faves are the passionfruit lemonade, kumquat lemonade and regular black tea bubble tea. The only thing that bothers me is the waste. They don’t have an option to use your own mug and they put your bubble tea in a bag, so there a lot of plastic water for just one drink.
Came here on a break from work being an essential services worker at this time. Had the hey sugar milk tea family. Tea flavour was great. Didn’t have too much flavour with the tapioca or pudding. Made out the grass jelly but it seemed all kinda intermingled and didn’t distinguish the difference in toppings. Not bad, but nothing spectacular. Love the atmosphere with some cool swings to wait for your drink.
How was the bubble tea? We ordered a signature taro ball milk tea, 50% sugar and regular ice. medium size. It was actually quite nice, for this particular drink, I am giving it a 4 star for now. How is the ambience? The shop has some interesting hanging chairs which definitely adds more flavour to the look of the shop. Would I recommend? Yes
